At Headshot Solutions & Beyond, we specialize in corporate event photography, capturing high-quality images that showcase professionalism and engagement. Our coverage includes conferences, executive retreats, networking events, panel discussions, corporate galas, award ceremonies, product launches, trade shows, and brand activations ect... Whether it’s a formal gathering or a dynamic team-building experience, we ensure your event is documented with compelling, high-impact imagery.

At Headshot Solutions & Beyond, our event photography rate includes high-resolution JPEG images with standard editing. This covers adjustments to exposure, contrast, color, and sharpening to ensure a polished, professional look. Advanced retouching is available upon request.

The number of images varies based on the event, but on average, you can expect 75–150 images per hour. The final count depends on factors like event flow, activities, and coverage needs.

At Headshot Solutions & Beyond, we ensure your event images look polished and professional. Our standard editing includes adjustments to exposure, contrast, color, and sharpening. Advanced retouching, such as detailed skin editing, is not included but can be arranged upon request.

We deliver high-resolution, professionally edited images via a secure online gallery. This allows for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. A download link will be provided, and images are typically available within 72 hours. If expedited delivery is needed, rush processing options are available upon request.

For corporate branding and commercial photography sessions, our reschedule and cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days' notice: 100% refundable

• 7 to 30 days' notice: 50% refundable

• 3 to 6 days' notice: 25% refundable

• Less than 72 hours' notice: Non-refundable due to lost opportunity costs

In extreme circumstances, we may offer a one-time reschedule, converting your session into a credit valid for 6 months. All reschedule and cancellation requests must be submitted via email to prm@hsbatl.com. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
